Student tours terms and conditions |
- Student tours are available for students aged between 14 and 18
- Student are obliged to get permission of their parents prior to booking a trip
- All students must obey the instructions of the supervisor/tour guide while on tour
- Students may not leave the accommodation area without permission from the supervisor
- Drinking of alcohol and smoking is illegal under Australian law for students under the age of 18 and is not permitted whilst on tour
- Buying or taking of non-prescribed drugs is not permitted at all time
- All students are responsible to their own luggage and personal belongings
- An emergency contact number will be given to all participants prior to tour start
- Disregarding of any of these rules may result in immediate exclusion of the tour
- The student's parents and school will be notified about any misbehaviour
- Any additional expenses caused by disregarding of rules will be charged to the student/parents, no refund will be given for the tour

Work n Holiday wishes all participants excellent and reliable services. However, we would like to inform all participants to ensure that they have International Insurance to cover them from any injuries that might occur before or after the tours.
All our Tour Operators have comprehensives insurance policies to cover all participants during the tours and Work n Holiday accepts no liability directly as the claims should be taken directly with the Tour Operators.

Cancelations will only be accepted in written. Please send your email to info@worknholiday.com.
Refund Policy
As soon as the booking is received, we issue the air ticket which is not refundable. So please make sure you book when you are totally satisfied with your choice.
- If you cancel after your payment - 30% cancelation fee applies of the paid amount
- If you cancel 30 days from the tour starting date or less - 50% cancelation fee applies of the paid amount
- If you cancel 14 days from the tour starting date or less - 75% cancelation fee applies of the paid amount
- If you cancel 7 days from the tour starting date or less - no refund will be given
